Helping Kids Breathe, Sleep, and Thrive

I provide pediatric myofunctional therapy that helps your child overcome mouth breathing, restless sleep, and oral function challenges related to tongue-tie. The goal is healthier breathing, better sleep, and more energy, focus, and confidence. All sessions are 100% virtual.

Does this sound like your child?

😴  Restless Sleep

Restless or noisy sleep like snoring or teeth grinding.

👄  Mouth Breathing

Open mouth posture, dry mouth, crowded teeth, or frequent congestion.

📚  Focus & Energy

Low morning energy or trouble focusing during the day.

🥒 Chewing and Food Textures

Picky eating, gagging,  and trouble managing food textures.

These are not just quirks. They are signs your child’s body is working harder than it should. The earlier we address them, the better the long-term outcomes.

How It Works

  1. Book a short parent call to discuss your child’s needs.

  2. Start with an airway and oral function assessment.

  3. Begin a clear plan with simple, engaging exercises at home.

I focus on oral function foundations like nasal breathing, tongue posture, chewing, and swallowing. That way everyday habits support better sleep, energy, and growth.
