You're Ready To Start!

(Well…almost. Let’s make sure everything’s set to go.)

We’re almost there, and I’m so glad you’ve taken this step! Before we jump into your first session, here are a few important things to check off. (Yes, all of them. I promise it’ll make your therapy smoother and more successful.)

Your Therapy Kit

When your kit arrives, you might open it and think, “What even is all this?”

Totally normal.

For now just:

  • Keep everything in one safe place
  • Don’t toss or separate anything
  • Watch out for your ROM scale (small arch-shaped tool with numbers) and cotton rolls — you’ll need those for baseline and reassessment

Loose your kit? Replacements are $35 — so let’s try to avoid that little adventure.

Check Your Tech

We’ll be working virtually, so now’s a great time to:

  • Confirm your internet speed is strong enough for video calls
  • Make sure your camera and microphone work (Zoom test calls help!)
  • Set up in a quiet space with good lighting — especially for exercises and photo demos

Final Photos & Videos

Still owe me any photos or videos? Now’s the time to send them!

Best option: Upload to Google Drive or Dropbox, then share the full folder

Backup plan: Email them to me directly: [email protected]

Photo tips:

  • Use a flash or bright light — especially for the intraoral shots
  • Retake anything I flagged as unclear after your airway assessment
  • If you already sent some photos, you only need to send the missing or retake ones

Watch the “Start Here” Video

This video walks you through:

  • What to expect in your sessions
  • What tools you’ll need (and when)
  • How to prepare for success

Coming soon! If you’ve booked before it’s live, don’t worry — we’ll cover these things in your first session together.

Schedule Your First Appointment

Use the link in your Welcome to Therapy email to book. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder — or email me and I’ll resend it.
